HOMELESS ASSESSMENT & PLACEMENT SERVICE:

If you’re homeless, rough sleeping or at risk of becoming homeless and your last permanent address was in the Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County area you should contact the Assessment and Placement Service. You can do this by calling to the Council’s office in person at County Hall, Marine Road, Dún Laoghaire between 10 a.m. and 12 noon or phone 01 2054700 for an appointment.  Homeless Services are also available between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. for repeat presentations.

If you’re not from the Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown area you must present yourself to the relevant Local Authority from where you were made homeless.

In the case of an emergency whereby you require a homeless placement outside opening hours, please call the Homeless Helpline Service for assistance on FREEPHONE: 1800 707 707.
