Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council and Simon Coyle (Mazars) agree terms on 28 new units for Council at Churchtown

Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council and Simon Coyle (Mazars), Statutory Receiver over certain assets of St. James’ Development Limited, is pleased to announce the agreement of a transaction on the provision of 28 housing units within a stand-alone apartment block nearing completion at Hazelbrook Square, Churchtown, Dublin 14. This new development will consist of a generous sized mix of 14 three-bed apartments and 14 two-bed apartments

 

Speaking at the meeting on the site An Cathaoirleach of Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council, Councillor Cormac Devlin, said “I am delighted that we have worked in partnership with Simon Coyle and the lands at Hazelbrook Square to achieve a rapid delivery solution for an additional 28 housing units. This new development complements the Council’s continuing roll-out of new housing units across the county ”

Simon Coyle (Mazars) added “This transaction will result in delivery of permanent homes on behalf of the County Council arguably 1-2 years in advance of what was originally planned. In working with Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council we are pleased to have come to a successful outcome for Hazelbrook Square.
