In accordance with Part 8, Article 81 of the Planning and Development Regulations, 2001 (as amended), Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council hereby gives notice of a proposal to construct as follows:-
10 x one-bed units, consisting of 2 semi-detached single story units and a two storey block of 8 units (4 units on the ground floor and 4 units of the first floor) at Park Close, Sallynoggin, Co. Dublin.
In accordance with S.I. 476, 2011, Section 250, Planning and Development (Amendment) (No.3) Regulations, 2011, the Council has carried out a screening and it has been determined that an Appropriate Assessment is not required.
Plans and particulars of the proposed development are available for inspection from 10th September 2015 up to and including 22nd October 2015, at the Housing & Community Department and Planning & Enterprise Department, County Hall, Marine Road, Dún Laoghaire between the hours of 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m., at the Council offices, Dundrum Office Park, Dundrum between the hours 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and 1.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. and at the Sallynoggin Youth & Community Centre, Sallynoggin between the hours of 9 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays, and under dlr consultations on the Council’s website homepage www.dlrcoco.ie.
Submissions or observations with respect to the proposed development, and dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area, may be made on or before 5th November 2015 as follows:
