Samuel Beckett Civic Campus Phase 1 project focused on the construction of an approved community building, changing the use of an approved library to a sports building with gym and changing facilities.
Phase 1 included:
- 3 synthetic pitches
- 3 grass pitches including:
- A 90m x 145m GAA pitch which can also be used as 2 90m x 60m junior soccer pitches
- A 60m x 100m senior soccer pitch
- A 45m x 90m junior soccer pitch
- A playground
- A skate park
- A surface level car park
- Landscaping works
