Incidents of alleged public health nuisances arising from either defective drainage systems or accumulations of offensive materials are investigated by the Environmental Health Officers (EHO's) on behalf of DLR Co. Co. Tel: (01) 280 2566.

Statutory Notices are served on offenders. If the nuisance does not abate, then the matter may be referred to the courts.
