D'ullmhaigh an Chomhairle Scéim Gaeilge faoi Alt 15 d'Acht na dTeangacha Oifigiúla, 2003. Is gá do chomhlacht poiblí Scéim reachtúil a leagadh amach ina sonraítear na seirbhísí i nGaeilge atá beartaithe aige a chur ar fáil don phobal faoi Alt 11 den Acht.
