Deansgrange Cemetery is located in Deansgrange on the R827. The Christian cemetery was opened in 1865 and it is one of Dublin’s biggest cemeteries, home to more than 150,000 burials. It stretches over 70 acres of land with a number of mausoleums and a wide range of grave stones going from the traditional Celtic cross to the more modern black granite slab.
