About dlr Grants

Do you have an idea for an event or project—big or small—that could benefit your local area? Whether it’s in arts, business area promotion, community events, environmental enhancement, community development, heritage, or sports, we want to hear from you!

Your project could make a real difference to the wellbeing and quality of life in your neighbourhood, even in a small way.

Each year, the dlr Grant Scheme supports local clubs, community groups, individuals, and organisations by providing funding for a wide range of initiatives. These projects help make Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown a great place to live, work, and visit.

How to apply

All grants are now processed through an online application portal called Submit. 

To use the application portal you will need to set up a profile before applying for a grant. This profile will be used for all your future applications with dlr. 

If you are applying as a group please make sure that the email address being used is accessible to more than one member. This ensures that if there are any changes to staffing or members leaving, the profile/account can still be accessed by the group.
