Choice Based Letting

The Choice Based Letting (CBL) system is available to you if you are on our Housing Waiting List.

Any questions in relation to CBL can be directed to the Housing Allocations Section on 01-2054828 or housingallocations@dlrcoco.ie

Any properties available for letting will be advertised on our CBL website.

You can log in or register for choice-based letting to express interest in homes available in your preferred area(s) that suit your household size and to check your position on the housing waiting list.

We advertise available properties each Wednesday, so we advise you to check the website regularly for new listings in your preferred area(s).

We care about your feedback. Have your say.
