How do I buy my home?

Under the Incremental Tenant Purchase Scheme 2016 and as an existing tenant, you may be able to buy your home from us, if you meet the eligibility criteria. From 29th January 2024, new changes to the Incremental Tenant Purchase Scheme (2016) has reduced the income limit from €12,500 to €11,000.

Some homes are not for sale under this scheme, e.g.

• apartments, flats & maisonettes
• one bedroom houses
• houses bought under Part V
