Guide to Commencement Notices
Notice for Christmas Closure Period for all BCMS Application Submissions:
BCMS will be closed to the submission of Commencement Notices and Applications (including Further Information or Revised Information) from 12pm on the 19th December 2025 until the 1st of January 2026. The last day for submission of a 7 Day Notice application is the 17th December 2025. Please liaise the Building Control Authority at buildingcontrol@dlrcoco.ie or 01-2047957 if you have any queries, particularly in relation to the submission of 7 Day Notices.
