Dún Laoghaire Rathdown County Council have appointed BAM Civil Ltd as the contractor for the construction of the Glenamuck District Roads Scheme (GDRS) on 19th March 2024. The construction phase of the scheme will commence in Q2 2024 with a proposed programme of two years.

The GDRS is central to our policies and the delivery of the Kiltiernan-Glenamuck Local Area Plan. The completion of the scheme will enable the delivery of much needed housing along with provision of improved road safety, modal split, permeability, placemaking, public transport, connectivity and promotion of economic development.

We look forward to working with BAM Civil Ltd on the delivery of the scheme in a collaborative, safe and sustainable way for all.
