Our Online Payments facility allows you to pay directly and securely to the Council.

Security: We use a recognized Online Payment Processing company (Realex - www.realexpayments.com) who employ high-level 128 bit and higher encryption technology, the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions. Rest assured that we and Realex take the privacy and security of your personal and payment details very seriously.

This security technology encrypts your personal information including your credit card number, name and address, ensuring that nothing can be read as it travels over the internet

Refunds, Returns and Cancellations: DLR does not refund payments back onto  debit/credit cards.

Applications for refunds should be addressed to Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council, Finance Department, County Hall, Marine Road, Dun-Laoghaire, Co. Dublin, Ireland.
