Enhanced Long Term Leasing
We are seeking opportunities to work with developers, builders, and investors to deliver newly built homes at scale for the provision of social housing.
Key requirements for proposals:
- must be for new build, turnkey, or yet to be built homes
- must be for a minimum of 20 units over one or more developments
- must be a corporate entity under the Companies Act 2014
- lease duration is 25 years
- up to 95% market rents are available
- lessor is obliged to provide management services for the homes
- we are the landlord for the tenant
- homes must meet private rented standards
- homes must be furnished
- the suitability of a proposal will be assessed against the demand for social housing in the area and the existing housing mix in the area
