This January spend some time in a contemplative space where we use stitching and sewing as a mindful practice. This session is not about producing an end result or finished item, but about the process of using stitching as a mindfulness practice. No previous sewing experience needed.

All materials will be provided but participants are welcome to bring any meaningful textiles that they would like to work with.
