We are thrilled to announce a rare opportunity for individuals or businesses to propose the provision and operation of a Floating Sauna within the Inner Harbour of Dún Laoghaire Harbour.

This unique opportunity allows for the creation of a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for locals and visitors alike. Located alongside the Old Quay in Dún Laoghaire Harbour, the Floating Sauna should be based on a pontoon structure no larger than 8m long x 5m wide (40m2 maximum). Sustainability is key, and proposals should prioritize self-sufficiency and eco-friendly practices.
