Older Peoples Council Variety Show 2014

This free event was supported by dlr Age-Friendly Programme and was THE PLACE to be on the night with over 120 people gathered to watch the 1st dlr OPC Variety Show since COVID.

Among the groups taking part were Sing for Fun Loughlinstown Community Centre, Hillview Singing Group, Raging Hormones Drama Group, Tenor Jack Morrisey, Kay Clarke, Patricia Connor, Stefani Howlett, Shauna McGauran School of Irish Dancing, Twilight Twirlers Loughlinstown Community Centre and Mountain Park Music Group. It was a great fun filled evening for all.  Congratulations to both the organising committee and performers on a successful Older People’s Council Event.

dlr OPC is a representative group of and for older people, with over 40 member groups, clubs and associations across the county, who are committed to improving the quality of life of older people in the county.
