Appeals

Planning Appeals to An Bord Pleanála. 

A person who has made a valid submission/observation, may appeal the decision of the Planning Authority to An Bord Pleanála, within 4 weeks of the decision being made.

Full grounds of appeal must be supplied when the appeal is lodged. Together with a copy of the letter of receipt from the Planning Authority of a valid submission/observation and the appropriate appeal fee.
