Expressions of Interest Invited for the Development of Affordable Housing At Ballyogan, Carrickmines, Dublin 18

Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council has invited expressions of interest for the development of 52 no. apartments for affordable purchase housing on a site at Ballyogan, known as Ballyogan Rise. This site enjoys good local connections to public transport and is located close to amenities and services. Development of this site will contribute towards compact and smart growth, in line with the National Planning Framework, and towards consolidating development within an existing residential area. 

The site has full planning permission for the development of 119 no. homes which is being delivered in two phases.  Phase 1 (Ballyogan Square) consists of 67 houses which is currently under construction for the provision of social housing. The Council is now inviting expressions of interest for the design, construction, infrastructure development and onward sale of the 52 no. apartments (Phase 2) for affordable purchase housing on the remaining vacant portion of the site which measures c. 0.7 hectares.
