Proposed Temporary Closure of Sweetbriar Lane, Kilmacud, Dublin 14

Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council has received an application from Clonmel Enterprises to temporarily close Sweetbriar Lane, Kilmacud, Dublin 14. It is proposed that the road closure will take place from Monday 28th February 2022 to Monday 14th March 2022. Sweetbriar Lane is scheduled to be closed from the junction of Kilmacud Road Lower to the junction of Slieve Rua Drive.

A traffic management plan will be in operation. Local and pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Diversion routes will be clearly signposted.

The purpose of the closure is to facilitate construction of an active travel scheme on behalf of DLR County Council. 

Any interested parties may lodge an objection in writing with the Senior Engineer, Traffic Section, County Hall, Marine Road, Dún Laoghaire no later than noon on Monday 14th February, 2022 or send an email to info@dlrcoco.ie.
