Temporary Closure of Killiney Hill Road

Killiney Hill Road will be closed from the junction of Victoria Road to the junction of Military Road from Monday, 5^th July 2021, to Friday, 10^th September 2021. This closure is to facilitate watermain rehabilitation works which will be carried out by Irish Water and road surfacing works which will be carried out by the Council’s Road Maintenance Section.

It is proposed to close Killiney Hill Road in three phases in order to facilitate works and to minimise disruption to traffic, local residents, and local businesses.

The three road closure phases are:
1.   Junction of Killiney Avenue to Military Road
2.   Junction of Strathmore Road to Killiney Avenue
3.   Junction of Victoria Road to Strathmore Road

A Traffic Management Plan will be in operation and local access will be maintained at all times.
