DLR Biodiversity Events – Dalkey Island Guided Walks
02 June 2022
Dalkey Island
Join us for a series of guided walks around Dalkey Island on Saturday, 4th June!
Walks will begin at 11:00, 13:30 and 16:00 and will last 1 hour and 15 minutes.
We'll discuss the tern colony, wildlife on the island and harbour, and the history of the islands. If you have binoculars, please do bring them along as they come in handy as we move around the island but are not essential. Meet at the pier on Dalkey Island.
You must make your own way to the island (public ferry €10 adults & €5 children).
Part of the Dalkey Tern Conservation Project, which is a partnership between BirdWatch Ireland and Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council.
All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Event is boat/weather dependent.
