Dalkey Avenue Roadworks

Roadstone Ltd is working on behalf of Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council to carry out road works on Dalkey Avenue from Killiney Road Junction to Dalkey Park Junction.

The works will take place from 29th of January 2024 to the 26th of March 2024.

The main works to be carried out as part of the proposed scheme include the following: 

• Localised repairs to the footpaths and the surface water drainage network along the route
• Road pavement renewal works to include cold milling of the existing road for the extents of Dalkey Avenue shown in the map above
• Raising iron works along the route and reinstate road marking  

The images above highlight in red the location of said works on Dalkey Avenue. 

Lane Closure and Working times Restrictions

Work times will be between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00 daytime and a Stop & Go traffic management system will be place when the footpath and road reinstatement works commence.
