Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council have 2 official cricket pitches in the county.  One in Marlay Park and one in Shanganagh Park.

Marlay Park is home to Sandyford Cricket Club, which was founded in 1984 in the Dublin suburb of Sandyford. For more details please see the club website: https://sandyfordcricket.club/

Shanganagh Park is home to DLR County Cricket Club, more details can be found on their website here: https://www.cricketleinster.ie/clubs/dlr-county

Club practice takes place every Wednesday and Thursday 5pm to 8:30pm.

Please Note!

While both Marlay Park and Shanganagh Park are public parks, these cricket pitches are required for each club 90 mins prior to any game in order to carry out maintenance on the pitch.  Any casual games on the cricket pitch should be finished 90 mins prior to game time. Your assistance is appreciated in this regard.
