Letters of Compliance
A letter of compliance confirms the Bond and/or Financial Contribution conditions attached to a Planning Permission have been complied with.
A unit/dwelling cannot be sold unless a letter of compliance has been issued by a Local Authority confirming payment of the financial conditions.
Please note: You are in breach of your Planning Permission if Bond/Contribution payments are not made in full.
Fees for letters of compliance only apply to the second and subsequent sales of a unit. Requests must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org
Your request must include the following:
- The Planning Register Reference number(s) e.g. D22A/XXXX and or the An Bord Pleanála reference number applicable to the unit
- The full address of the unit being bought/sold
- Confirmation that you are/are acting on behalf of the current registered owner of the property
The current fee payable for a letter of compliance is €40.
