From time to time, the Local Authority may produce plans and/or studies for a particular area to help guide the content of Local Area Plans or in response to objectives set out within a County Development Plan. The above plans/studies are non statutory, i.e. they do not have to be adopted by the Council Members. The following current plans, frameworks and guidelines are intended to advise and inform design and development in the County.
