Prohibition Notices in place in Bathing Areas

Following results from samples taken on Monday 2 September the Advisory Notices at Seapoint and Blackrock bath shores have been upgraded to prohibition notices. These are expected to remain in place until Thursday 5 September inclusive.

Prohibition notices remain in place at Sandycove Beach, Coliemore Harbour, Corbawn Lane Beach and Dún Laoghaire Baths bathing areas. These are expected to be in place until Friday 6 September.

Update 

 

A resample taken on Tuesday 3 September has returned excellent results for Seapoint and good results for Blackrock Bath Shores, due to these results the prohibition notices have been removed from these locations.

Prohibition notices remain in place at Sandycove Beach, Coliemore Harbour, Corbawn Lane Beach and Dún Laoghaire Baths bathing areas. These are expected to be in place until Friday 6 September.
