Public Consultation: Arts and Climate Action
dlr Arts Office Climate Action Survey
Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council is committed to climate action. As part of our work and future planning, the Arts Office would like to hear from artists and arts organisations living and working in the County about your interest in and knowledge of climate action in the arts and your own practice. We are trying to get a picture of how Arts Office might best support climate action and help to build a more environmentally sustainable arts community in the County. Together with Julie’s Bicycle, we are asking artists and representatives from arts organisations to fill in a short survey to get some background information and gauge interest.
The deadline for responses to the survey is 19 February. It should take about 5 minutes.

Climate Café Networking Event
We will also be holding an in-person climate café networking opportunity from 12-1.30pm on Tuesday 25 February 2025. There will be a light lunch and a chance to share and exchange with others from the arts community in the County and members of the Arts Office - on progress, challenges, concerns and possible future support. This will be facilitated by Catriona Fallon from Julie’s Bicycle Europe and will take place in dlr LexIcon, Dún Laoghaire. This will be an informal event. Registration for this is required, please email arts@dlrcoco.ie
