Wreaths were also laid by representatives from the RMS Leinster Memorial Committee, the National Maritime Museum, the governments of Wales and Scotland, the embassies of Great Britain, the United States, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada.
The ceremony also included representatives from an Garda Síochána, the Irish Coastguard, the RNLI, the Dublin Fire Brigade, the Irish Red Cross, the Order of Malta, St. John Ambulance Ireland, the Communications Workers Union, and Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council.
