Temporary Closure of Georges Street, Dun Laoghaire

Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council has received an application from Cumnor Building & Civil Engineering Contractors to temporarily close Georges Street Lower, Dun Laoghaire from the junction at Sussex Street to the junction at Dunphys Pub on Georges Street Lower from Monday, 10th July 2023 to Monday, 4th September 2023.
The purpose of the closure is general construction, road and paving works at Myrtle Square and Georges Street Lower.
A Traffic Management Plan will be in operation and pedestrian and local access will be maintained at all times. Diversion routes will be clearly signposted.
Any interested parties may lodge objections/observations in writing to the Senior Engineer, County Hall, Marine Road, Dun Laoghaire or email info@dlrcoco.ie on or before Noon on Wednesday 5th July 2023.
