Temporary Closure of Hillcrest Road, Sandyford

Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council proposes to temporarily close Hillcrest Road, Sandyford, from the junction of Kilgobbin Road to the junction with Enniskerry Road from Monday 19th August to Friday 23rd August 2019 inclusive, between 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m.

The purpose of the closure is to facilitate road patching and safety improvement works on Hillcrest Road by the dlr Roads Maintenance Section.

A Traffic Management Plan will be in place and the diversion route will be clearly sign-posted. Access to Sandyford Village / Sandyford Road from Kilgobbin Road will be unaffected. Local access to Hillcrest Road will be maintained.

Diversion of traffic will be via Killgobbin Road and Enniskerry Road and vice versa.

Any interested parties may lodge an objection in writing with the Senior Engineer, Traffic Section, County Hall, Marine Road, Dún Laoghaire not later than noon on: Tuesday, 6th August 2019 or via e-mail to info@dlrcoco.ie
