Temporary Closure of St John's Park

I refer to Section 75 of the Roads Act 1993. Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council has approved an application to temporarily close St. John’s Park, Dun Laoghaire from its junction with Mounttown Road Upper to end of cul de sac from Monday, 17th July 2023 to Friday, 18th August 2023.
A Traffic Management Plan will be in operation and pedestrian and local access will be maintained at all times. Diversion routes will be clearly signposted.
The purpose of the closure is required to facilitate the safe undertaking of full depth road restoration up to 0.40m depth and associated footpath and kerb restoration works as part of DLR Road Maintenance 2023 Works Programme.
