If you require a letter confirming whether or not the roads abutting a site are maintained by Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council (Taken in charge Cert), please apply by:

For Taken in Charge Certificates to arrive before year end, the cut-off date for requests by post is Friday 29th November.  Email requests may be submitted until Friday 6th December.  Requests received after these dates will be processed but we cannot guarantee the customers will receive these Taken in Charge Certificates in 2024. 
 

The fee for a Taking in Charge Cert is €125.00.  Made payable by: 

- EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) Account details can be provided on application.

OR

- Credit Card Payment.  Contact 01 2054700 and the payment can be taken over the phone.

OR

- By Cheque - made payable to Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council.
