Amendments 1 - 4 - Decision issued by An Bord Pleanála to Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council in June 2017 under Section 170(A) of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended). These amendments arose from the introduction in December 2015 of the "Sustainable Urban Housing: Design Standards for New Apartments Guidelines for Planning Authorities". The application of the policy standards in these Guidelines resulted in inconsistencies within the approved Planning Scheme which required clarification and amendment.
